Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Adore Me Luxury Wigs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Final Sale Items
All wigs sold by Adore Me Luxury Wigs are considered final sale, including but not limited to:
• Glueless wigs
• Custom units
• Colored units
• Lace closure or frontal wigs
• Ready-to-ship units
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Hygiene & Wear Policy
For sanitation and quality control purposes, wigs are non-returnable once worn or altered.
A unit is considered worn or altered if any of the following occur:
• Lace is cut or trimmed
• Hair is washed, styled, or treated with heat
• Product is applied (mousse, spray, gel, oils, etc.)
• Hair is colored, toned, or chemically processed
Worn or altered units are not eligible for return or refund.

Product Variations
Our wigs are made from raw human hair. As such, slight variations in texture, wave pattern, density, and color are natural and not considered defects.
These natural characteristics do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Adore Me Luxury Wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If a customer believes a package was not received despite delivery confirmation:
• The customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier within 7 business days
• We will cooperate with carrier investigations when applicable
• Refunds or replacements will not be issued for carrier delivery disputes once delivery is confirmed

Shipping Protection
Shipping protection is automatically applied at checkout to cover eligible transit issues as outlined by the shipping protection provider. Coverage does not override our final sale policy.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• All sales are final
• Refunds and returns are not permitted
• Any payment dispute (including Affirm disputes) will be evaluated based on the policies agreed to at checkout
These policies are applied consistently to all customers.
