Raw hair has not undergone any chemical processing, ensuring its longevity for years. Our raw hair is 100% unprocessed and ethically sourced. It should be cared for like your own hair, with weekly washing and conditioning, and minimal product use. We recommend using only a heat protectant and a light finishing spray.

After you make a payment, your customized AdoreMe Luxury Wig will be processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via express shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

If you're not satisfied with your wig, you can return it as long as it's in its original condition and packaging. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been altered. Please contact us at adoremedolls@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start the return process.

Yes, our wigs are ready to wear right out of the box! They are pre-washed, conditioned, and come with lightly pre-plucked hairlines and lightly bleached knots. Each wig features an adjustable band for glueless wear. You may need to cut and tint the lace to match your skin tone. We recommend using a lace tint spray or mousse instead of makeup to avoid frequent washing. Our wigs are designed to be beginner-friendly and easy to install.
